Udaipur transformed into a shimmering dream with the Ice Palace-themed cocktail soirée at Manek Chowk — an evening that was nothing short of extraordinary. Every element from the ethereal décor and captivating entertainment to the intricately styled food presentation came together to create a surreal atmosphere that left guests truly spellbound.

The creative challenge?

To present hot, spicy, and vibrantly colourful food within a setting that evoked wintry stillness and frigid charm. My team and I drew inspiration from the fairytales we all grew up with — castles, chariots, elegant candelabras, and frosted winter trees — each reimagined with a sub-zero aesthetic. The food became more than a feast. It was an immersive experience, a bold sensory and visual contrast that perfectly complemented the icy elegance of the theme.
